Search Warrants in Yuba County Foothills 7/16 and 7/18 Yield Multiple Arrests

Press Release: Search Warrants in the Yuba County Foothills 7/16 & 7/18: On 7/16/19 at approximately 7:30 A.M., Yuba County Sheriff Deputies and the Yuba Sutter Drug Task Force "NET-5" served a search warrant in the 13700 block of Licha Lane in Oregon House. Overall, nine people were detained at the residence. A 1/4 ounce of Methamphetamine was located, along with drug paraphernalia in every room. Also located was illegally possessed ammunition by a prohibited person. Arrested were: - Allon Fleckenstein age 56 of Dobbins was arrested and booked into Yuba County Jail for 30305(a)(1)PC/Prohibited Possession of Ammunition; 11350(a)HS/Possession of Narcotics; 11366HS/Maintaining a Residence for Drug Sales; 11364HS/Drug Paraphernalia; and 11377(a)HS/Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth) - Jeremiah Hopkins age 33 of Lodi was arrested and booked into Yuba County Jail on out of county warrants - Kristine Cocco age 48 of Big Oak Valley was cited with a court date for 11377HS/Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth) The second search warrant was served on 7/18/19 at approximately 8:00 A.M. in the 16000 block of Willow Glen Rd in Brownsville by the Yuba County METYU (Marijuana Enforcement Team) and Yuba County Code Enforcement Officers. 341 Marijuana plants were located and found to be not in compliance with the county ordinance nor State law for Marijuana cultivation. Four subjects fled the property and were not located. The grow had been located during prior flyovers.
